At suppliehvac, customer satisfaction and product integrity are important to us. Please review our return and refund terms before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Eligible, non-refrigerant products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, complete, and in resalable condition.

Certain items may be excluded from return because of safety, regulatory, manufacturer, or product-integrity requirements.

Refrigerants and Regulated Products

Refrigerants and other regulated or hazardous products may be subject to special return restrictions. For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, tampered-with, or improperly stored refrigerant products are not eligible for ordinary returns.

Contact us before sending back any refrigerant or regulated product. Do not ship hazardous materials without our written instructions and confirmation that the shipment is permitted.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed or required by law. For confirmed shipping errors or eligible damaged or defective products, we will explain the applicable return or replacement arrangements.
